Staying at a 17th century farmhouse! Overlooking farmlands and forests, to reflect on ancient times. Enjoy the view from the courtyard, where the spring rattles its crystal clear water. Evenings passing with a good local beer or a beautiful land wine ... ... you are at Ferme de Leuze.
On the edge of the forests of the Ardennes and the rolling landscape of the Condroz is where you’ll find Ferme de Leuze. Just 15 minutes away, the medieval town of Durbuy. The Five Nations Golf Course is a 5 minutes drive, the Durbuy course just 20 minutes. Several trails for hiking, mountain biking and cycling start and can be obtained at the farm.
The spacious 2 and 3-person apartments are located in the "écurie’’ of de17th century farm. They have a beautiful living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a cozy bedroom. The bathroom offers all the comfort you would expect. Deluxe apartments are also equipped with infra-red sauna. Our beautiful Fermette has two bedrooms and is suited for up to 4 persons.
You prefer the convenience of a B&B? You can join us for a hearty breakfast in our gardenroom! We can also provide a nice packed lunch for your day-trip!!

Our prices include:
Rent, energy, water, maps for hiking and - information, linen for bed, bath and kitchen, tablets dishwasher, cleaning at departure and waste treatment.
Supplements:
* Extra bed in the DeLuxe apartment and Fermette 17.50 euro per night.
* Breakfast 9.95 euro per person (please indicate at your reservation).
* Packed lunch 9.95 euro.
* A bed for your baby (folding) 12.50 euro per stay (incl. sheets and coverlet).
* Your dog is welcome (max 1 dog per apartment, please indicate at your reservation) 17.50 euro per stay.
* Tourist tax 1.00 euro per person/ per night.
Payment:
The accommodation expenses are to be paid in advance or cash at arrival.
Unfortunately we don’t accept credit cards. Banks with cash withdraw automats are in Marche-en-Famenne, Barvaux and Hotton.
Cancellation:
In the case you have to cancel your reservation within seven days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount is chargeable.
Important:
At departure we ask you to leave the apartment neat. Afterwards the apartment will be cleaned by us. Check-in as from 15h30, check-out at 11h00.

Just confirm your reservation by email and please leave also your name, address and (cell)phone number. We’ll check the availability and confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
